Chakram has a dream of building a very big hospital at Pulivendula. He fell in love with his colleague Lakshmi, who studied together in abroad. But he left her halfway through after he realized that he was struck with cancer. Don't want to tell her, he moved to Hyderabad and stayed in a place called ‘Sahara Colony’. There, he tried to solve problems of the people of the colony. Watching all this, another girl whose name is also Lakshmi falls in love with Chakram.
