Arvind Shivashankar, who went to the city from a rural area, is a naive employee in a well good company. He can't tolerate corruption, breaking rules, lavishness, and the urban culture of youth in the city. He was caught by the traffic police for a minor mistake. Although he had all documents with him, he was asked a bribe by the traffic policeman. When he refused to pay the bribe, a complaint was booked against him and he was sentenced by the court, even though he complained about the bribe.
Finally, he did a sting operation with two of his friends and 10 honest employees in various government offices. By applying for identity cards like PAN card, voter card, etc for an anonymous person.
